Flying Doctors of Mercy

Dr. Perlman has given generously of his time over the past twenty years to treating indigent patients in rural Mexico. He participates in about 50 medical missionary trips to San Blas, Sinaloa, Mexico and El Fuerte, Sinaloa, Mexico.
